We visited here on Feb 29 night n we felt v bad..They show good pics of hotel in internet.Bathrooms r v dirty.No lick for main door.We felt unsafe here.The hotel is in the main part of the city.Yiu will get auto from here.But autowalas are also chetaers.Bargain is must here.

Hotel staff is very friendly and well mannered. Hotel provide tasty and delicious food and way of serving food is excellent. Hotel is neat and clean rooms are good. I stayed in room no. 104 which is very spacious and well decorated. Truly value to money.

I have booked this hotel via an agent and the agent provided me hotel voucher where 2 person and free breakfast was mentioned in the slip. At the time of arrival to the hotel, it was difficult to find the hotel as this is situated in narrow gali. When we showed the voucher then i was told that booking was for one person only, I was shocked as the voucher says the different show and he tell differently. So I called up the agent then they agree for that. Even though at breakfast time they said again it is not complimentary, then i again called agent and then matter got settled. It was very bad experience with this hotel.The hotel room was not clean and bedsheet was also torn. I think this is better for the bachelor not good for the family.

Rooms are hopelessly small and also has no ventilation at all (no windows, only door is the outlet). Do not go by the photos, rooms photos are elongated and made to look big, it almost 50% of whats shown. We dint like the location as well, its too dirty around the hotel. The service seems responsive and good. as per me, One can go with this, if saving money is the only criteria to select the room which was not the case in our side so we were disappointed.
